Who we are

Top Shot Experience operates this website at https://topshotx.com. Our venue is located at 5055 Highway N, Ste. 114, St. Charles, MO 63304. You can reach us at (636) 410-8330 or info@topshotx.com.

What we collect

We collect personal information in three situations, and only what is needed in each:

• Large group enquiries. When you submit our large group form we receive your name, email address, phone number, organisation, group size, preferred date, your answers about catering and drinks, and anything you write in the message field. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry and arrange your booking.
• Bookings. Reservations are handled by Bookeo, a third-party booking platform embedded on our booking page. Information you enter into that calendar is collected and processed by Bookeo under their own privacy policy, and is shared with us so we can honour your reservation.
• Analytics. We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived. This is used in aggregate to improve the site.

We do not run comments, user accounts, or logins on this site, and we do not ask you to create one.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not set cookies of its own. Cookies may be set by the third-party services we embed — Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (container GTM-PXPFXJHL) for measurement, and Bookeo on our booking page so your reservation works correctly. Analytics scripts are not loaded until you interact with the page or your browser goes idle.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Doing so will not stop you browsing the site, though the booking calendar may not function correctly without them.

Embedded content

Some pages include content hosted elsewhere, such as our booking calendar. Embedded content behaves as though you visited that other website directly, and those providers may collect data about you, set their own cookies, and monitor your interaction with that content.

Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the site and our bookings — currently Bookeo for reservations, Resend for delivering form submissions to our inbox, Cloudflare for website hosting and security, and Google for analytics. Each processes your data under its own privacy terms. We may also disclose information where we are legally required to.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are retained in our inbox for as long as needed to serve you and keep a record of the booking. Booking records are retained by Bookeo according to their retention policy. Analytics data is retained in aggregate.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@topshotx.com or call (636) 410-8330 and we will respond. We may need to keep certain records for legal, accounting, or safety reasons, including signed waivers.

Waivers and on-site information

Every guest signs a liability waiver before playing. Those waivers are retained as business and safety records separately from this website.

Children

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them online. Bookings for minors are made by a parent or guardian.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
